We are a privately operated group, feuled only by our intense interest in aerial phenomena. We are two young people, and we will go by the names of Starchild and Sky. Under the Freedom of Information Act, the general public is entitled to any and all declassified documents. Writing to your local/state/federal government and mentioning the act, along with the fact that this is for private purposes can aid in obtaining these documents.
